  • 4 duck breasts
  • olive oil
  • 2 mangoes
  • 100 grams of roquefort
  • 100 grams strawberries
  • Handful of Pekan nuts

  • Small bunch of dill
  • Small bunch of spring onion

PREPARATION:

Ingredients:

4 tenderloins roe deer, sear all over rosé trays

2 mangoes, peel, cut off the flesh cut into 1 cm pieces, fry in dry pan until first black spots

100 grams of roquefort crumble between finger

100 grams of green strawberries cut off in 4 wedges

4 tbsp good olive oil, small bunch of dill and small handful of green onion stalk. Groove into pestle and adjust to taste
