Art. 9. Proof of passing the hunting exam in the following countries or regions is equivalent to the valid certificate mentioned in Article 7, paragraph 1, 4°:

1. the Walloon Region, provided the certificate of graduation was issued as of January 1, 1998;
2. Netherlands;
3. the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg;
4. France, provided the certificate of graduation was issued as of January 1, 2003;
5. Germany;
6. Austria.
