An excellent handbook for this regulation is “Hunting in Flanders”, written by Tonny De Bouvrie.It is intended as a clear guideline for hunters, candidate hunters, nature users and anyone who is directly or indirectly involved in hunting. The author, Mr. De Bouvrie, specializes in hunting regulations and weapons legislation. For many years he has also been a lecturer in “legislation” at the Institute for Hunting Training, but also supports the initiative on on-line training – jachexamen.be. He has also earned his spurs as chairman of the Hubertus Association Flanders – East Flanders department.
