At the request of the city of Rochefort, the following will take place
On Friday, September 24, 2021, at 4:00 p.m.,
in the Salle Polyvalente of the Centre culturel des Roches, rue de Behogne, 5 in Rochefort,
the public lease of the aforementioned hunting rights for a period starting on the day following the approval of the tender by the City Council (October 2021) and ending on June 30, 2027, according to the conditions of the specifications approved by the City Council on June 28, 2021, the annexes of which have been individualized in consultation with the Forest Department. The rental agreement is only concluded upon registration. The bids must reach the minimum price set by the municipal council, namely
EUR 70/ha for lots 16A and 42B,
EUR 85/ha for lot No 20.
The enthusiast will only be admitted to the public auction if he has submitted a bid containing the information required by Article 7, 1° of the specifications, at least five calendar days before the date of the sale, by registered letter addressed to the City of Rochefort, Place Roi Albert 1er, 1, 5580 Rochefort.
Tenders must be drawn up in accordance with the model in Annex IV to the contract documents and must reach the chairman before the opening of the meeting.
In the case of postal mail, tenders must be made in two sealed envelopes: the outer envelope must contain the following address: ‘Ville de Rochefort, Service du Patrimoine, Place Roi Albert Ier, 1 à 5580 ROCHEFORT’, the inner envelope must state ‘Invitation to tender for the rental of hunting rights’ and the number of the hunting right concerned (16A, 20 or 42B).
