Flemish Bowhunting Association
Every year, the Flemish Bow Hunting Association holds a two-day training course on hunting with modern bow and arrow. Last year, the program fell into the eye of the Corona storm, just in a period of relaxation. This year, too, the timing was almost perfect and, provided the necessary safety measures were taken, the training could continue. Fortunately, because even in the middle of a pandemic, the demand for proper training on this way of hunting is high.
Participants
With 30 highly motivated participants, all places were taken. The level was also high this year and the success rate was therefore exceptional. In addition to testing the theoretical part, there is also a practical test that one must take as a participant to receive the IBEP (International Bowhunting Education Program) certificate.
Education
The most important thing about this training is that it forms a basis for starting to hunt with the bow. Among other things, you will learn what the limitations are but also the advantages of this hunting weapon. And the tests determine the personal level of the participant.
