Gutting of deer (source HVV)

The hunt for roe goats and kitsen has begun in Flanders. This gutting usually takes place in the field. And everyone has their tricks for it. Practice makes perfect, you will only be able to gut well by practicing a lot, so always take your chance when an opportunity arises.
