Placing salt stones in your hunting field is always an added value. Not only deer come to feast on this, but also hares and other game species. It is best to take a dead tree and make notches along the trunk, so that the salt runs into it when it rains, so that in principle every animal can feast on the minerals.

These feeders are equipped with notches at the bottom. Equipped with a sturdy closure system at the top, this feed barrel can hold a 60 Kg gram of mixed broken grain (wheat, corn, sunflowers, peas).
The salt stone is visited every season of the year, but especially in winter. The salt gives an extra power boost to the game. A salt lick can last at least a year in the field, a good salt lick costs between €6 and €12.
