Invitation: Festive Hunters’ Event for all West Flemish hunters and sympathizers
On Friday evening, August 22, 2025, Bruges will be the meeting place for hunters and hunting enthusiasts. In the atmospheric ‘Blue Hall’ at the Blauwezaalhoek, Hubertus Vereniging Vlaanderen – West Flanders department – is organising a festive hunters’ event where meeting, information and experience are central.
This event is a warm invitation to all West Flemish hunters and sympathizers to come together, share experiences, and celebrate the passion for the outdoors. In a relaxed setting, we bring the hunting community together around a richly filled program.
What can you expect?
From 18:00 you will be welcomed by the chairman of HVV West-Vlaanderen. Flemish Minister of Environment and Agriculture, Jo Brouns, will also be present and take the floor. Various exhibitors from the hunting world will present their expertise and products: from game processing to hunting shops, and from education to field material.
In addition, HVV offers an insight into its educational activities, including the hunting information truck and the hunting education project. The well-known hunting horn players of Rallye Ypara will also provide an appropriate musical framework for the evening.
Catering is fully included in the entrance fee: an extensive walking dinner and drinks until 01:00 in the morning make this event a moment to look forward to on a culinary level as well.

During the event, new members will be warmly welcomed at Hubertus Vereniging Vlaanderen. Those who become a member on site receive an attractive welcome gift. Members of JJWVL (Young Hunters West Flanders) also enjoy a nice discount when registering.
