On Thursday 9 February , the Guild of Saint Huybrecht of Antwerp is organising a game dinner in Den Moor in Broechem. CIC BELGIUM will also be present for the coting of trophies.
Menu:
- VG: Salad with duck breast, caramelized apple and walnut pesto
- HG: Wild boar fillet, with carrot cream, red port sauce, gratin,
- Dessert: Trifle with apple
Drinks formula provided in menu (Soft drinks, lager & better wines)
Menu + drinks = €90 PP
Program:
- 7:00 p.m. Holy Mass
- 7:30 p.m. statutory meeting of members
- 20h00 Aperitif and dinner + CIC Inspection
Guest speaker:
Between the starter and main course, honorary Notary Michel Nolens will explain the inspection of hunting trophies.
Before the Inspection:
The following criteria are eligible:
- Roebucks from 360gr (ex. Upper jaw) net or 450gr gross (incl. upper jaw)
- Buckets from 20cm and weapons must not be padded with silicone or candle wax
- Deer from 5kg if they have enough mass
- Mouflon +65 cm (thickness and rotation are decisive)
Cost €50 per inspection + medal, If the trophy does not receive a medal €20.
