Dear Friend of Nature,
There is no group in the Flemish countryside that is so committed to the partridge as the hunters and the members of Hubertus Vereniging Vlaanderen. Sowing beetle banks, keeping corners free, supplementary feeding in winter, keeping predation short, helping with the scientific monitoring of the species: game managers do it all, and therefore deserve all (moral, political and social) support.
That is why Hubertus Vereniging Vlaanderen is starting an online petition, to encourage the partridge lovers among the hunters – and to thank them for all the work and the many efforts made.
The petition can be found on the website of Hubertus Vereniging Vlaanderen and can be found by clicking on this link.
It is important
1) that you sign the petition. The more signatures, the greater its impact, the greater the signal of gratitude.
2) that you then forward the petition. To whom? To anyone with a heart for nature and a love for the partridge, that fascinating field bird. Be sure to forward to friends, acquaintances and family. Forward to floaters, trackers, young hunters, dog owners and every member of the WBE, and every hunter active in the area. Send to special constables, farmers and hunting enthusiasts.
Finally.
3) It is important that you also share the link to the petition on social media such as Facebook and Twitter or the website of the WBE. In this way, Hubertus Vereniging Vlaanderen reaches a lot of people in a short time – people who are well aware of what hunters do for the partridge.

The partridge deserves the support of hunting; And hunting deserves the support of the general public. This is a powerful way to make that clear.
In any case: follow the Flemish hunting sector on Facebook to stay informed of the latest news, and subscribe to the HVV account on YouTube. That way you don’t miss anything.
