In the Walloon Ardennes, the hunting season is not over yet. The “Conseils Cynégétiques” who have shot more than 60 pieces of black game per 1000 HA have been obliged by DNF to hunt for extra days. This year, a record number of wild boars has been stretched in the south of the country, no less than 35000 pieces.
The “Conseils Cynégétiques” imposed mandatory battues.
For the roe deer the shooting remained stable (15000), and the cervids (5581).
