During Saturday’s hedge planting campaign, Flemish hunters distributed 20,000 trees and shrubs. One of the distribution points was located in Koersel. There, 3,000 pieces of planting material were sold. “We want to promote biodiversity in our landscape and hedges are extremely suitable for this,” says Marcel Lemmens, one of the people responsible for the campaign.
