Les changements sont importants pour les chasseurs belges et \u00e9trangers op\u00e9rant sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais. Nous \u00e9num\u00e9rons les points les plus importants :  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<h3>Des exigences plus strictes pour le transport d\u2019armes<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">La r\u00e8gle existante stipulait qu\u2019une arme dans un v\u00e9hicule devait \u00eatre <span class=\"s1\">dans un \u00e9tui ou d\u00e9mont\u00e9e et d\u00e9charg\u00e9e<\/span> . Une exigence suppl\u00e9mentaire est maintenant ajout\u00e9e : <\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">L\u2019arme ne peut pas non plus \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e de munitions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s3\">Concr\u00e8tement, cela signifie que l\u2019entrep\u00f4t <\/span>doit \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement vide<span class=\"s3\">, et que <\/span>les entrep\u00f4ts amovibles doivent non seulement \u00eatre retir\u00e9s, mais aussi compl\u00e8tement vid\u00e9s<span class=\"s3\"> pendant le transport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9largissement des aides \u00e9lectroniques permises<\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">L\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 de 1986 relatif \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u2019aides \u00e9lectroniques lors de la chasse a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 jour. Les nouveaut\u00e9s les plus importantes : <\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Les traqueurs de chiens<\/span> pour les pointeurs n\u2019\u00e9taient autoris\u00e9s que lors de la chasse \u00e0 la b\u00e9casse. Maintenant, ils sont <span class=\"s1\">autoris\u00e9s pour toutes les esp\u00e8ces de gibier qui sont chass\u00e9es avec des pointers<\/span>. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les monoculaires et jumelles thermiques<span class=\"s1\"> sont d\u00e9sormais autoris\u00e9s, <\/span>\u00e0 condition qu\u2019ils ne puissent pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s les mains libres. <span class=\"s1\"> Les lunettes de vis\u00e9e thermiques ou <\/span>les pinces<span class=\"s1\"> (qui sont mont\u00e9es sur une lunette de vis\u00e9e) <\/span>restent <span class=\"s1\">interdites.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Les shotkams et les dispositifs similaires<span class=\"s1\"> \u2013 qui enregistrent automatiquement des vid\u00e9os lorsqu\u2019ils sont tir\u00e9s \u2013 sont autoris\u00e9s <\/span>\u00e0 condition qu\u2019ils ne mesurent pas plus de 15 cm de long<span class=\"s1\"> et <\/span>qu\u2019ils soient fix\u00e9s sous le canon.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"s3\">Veuillez noter que m\u00eame si ces outils sont d\u00e9sormais l\u00e9galement autoris\u00e9s, <\/span>les organisateurs ou gestionnaires de domaines de chasse peuvent toujours choisir de les interdire par le biais de leur propre r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pour ceux qui chassent en France, il est fortement recommand\u00e9 de bien s\u2019informer sur ces nouvelles r\u00e9glementations.
