width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime; tablet_width_inherit=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb tablet_text_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb phone_text_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb animation_type=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb bg_image_animation=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb border_type=\u00a0\u00bbsimple\u00a0\u00bb column_border_width=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb column_border_style=\u00a0\u00bbsolid\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PR\u00c9PARATION:  <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 150 \u00b0C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faites fondre la graisse d\u2019oie dans une grande casserole.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colorez les saucisses dans la graisse et retirez-les de la po\u00eale.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9pluchez et hachez les oignons. \u00c9pluchez les carottes et coupez-les en morceaux. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faites revenir les oignons dans la m\u00eame graisse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coupez le bacon en lani\u00e8res et faites-le frire.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter la carotte tranch\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9pluchez et hachez finement l\u2019ail et ajoutez-le dans la po\u00eale<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Faites revenir le concentr\u00e9 de tomate<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettez les haricots et les tomates tremp\u00e9s en cubes dans la po\u00eale et remuez le tout pour enrober.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajouter deux pots de bouillon de gibier<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Assaisonnez avec du sel, du poivre, du paprika, du thym, du laurier et du romarin.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Placez-les dans la po\u00eale avec les jarrets de porc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettez la po\u00eale au four pendant 1 heure sans couvercle. V\u00e9rifiez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement s\u2019il y a encore assez d\u2019humidit\u00e9 dans la casserole, car les haricots absorbent beaucoup d\u2019eau. Ajoutez un peu de bouillon s\u2019il devient trop sec.  <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au bout d\u2019une heure, sortez la casserole du four, ajoutez la chapelure et remuez le tout<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mettez un couvercle sur la casserole et laissez-la cuire encore 2 heures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajoutez les saucissons frits au cassoulet et laissez cuire 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coupez le persil assez grossi\u00e8rement, les tiges peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre ajout\u00e9es car cela donne plus de saveur<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sortez la casserole du four, remuez bri\u00e8vement et
