tournesol<\/li>\n<li>Huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Sauce:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 grammes de p\u00e2te de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de grammes de miel<\/li>\n<li>70 grammes d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 soupe de sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>PR\u00c9PARATION :<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coupez le radis en fines tranches<\/li>\n<li>Faites revenir les graines de s\u00e9same dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce au s\u00e9same avec la cuill\u00e8re dans le bol<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LOMBES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assurez-vous que votre BBQ est chaud.<\/li>\n<li>Lubrifiez la grille avec de l\u2019huile l\u00e9g\u00e8re (elle peut devenir chaude sans fumer)<\/li>\n<li>Saisir rapidement la longe des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>R\u00f4tir des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s pendant environ 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il y a tr\u00e8s peu d\u2019humidit\u00e9 dans le gibier, il faut donc beaucoup plus de temps que les autres viandes pour que la temp\u00e9rature atteigne le c\u0153ur<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mettez la longe de c\u00f4t\u00e9, envelopp\u00e9e dans du papier d\u2019aluminium pour qu\u2019elle puisse reposer, puis poivrez et salez \u00e9galement la longe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>P\u00c9TONCLES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cela peut \u00eatre fait en m\u00eame temps que la longe<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Faites chauffer la po\u00eale avec de l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit chaude<\/li>\n<li>Faites frire vos p\u00e9toncles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s sur les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s plats, en les retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pendant 3 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrez-les ensuite de la Fleur de
