LA CUISINE :<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Four<\/li>\n<li>Papier sulfuris\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Plaque chauffante<\/li>\n<li>Brosse de cuisine<\/li>\n<li>Plat pour oeuf<\/li>\n<li>Schiller (pour les asperges blanches)<\/li>\n<li>Planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper<\/li>\n<li>couteau de cuisine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>INGR\u00c9DIENTS:  <\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 asperges blanches et 12 asperges vertes, vous pouvez \u00e9galement choisir les minis, puis vous avez besoin du double<\/li>\n<li>6 tranches de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e au beurre<\/li>\n<li>Miel<\/li>\n<li>125 grammes de brie<\/li>\n<li>Copeaux d\u2019amandes<\/li>\n<li>2 jaunes d\u2019oeufs<\/li>\n<li>Poivre et sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>PR\u00c9PARATION:  <\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Laissez d\u00e9congeler la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, le mieux est de 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Allumez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s C<\/li>\n<li>Placez le papier sulfuris\u00e9 sur la plaque de cuisson<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e sur la plaque de cuisson<\/li>\n<li>Coupez les asperges blanches \u00e0 1,5 cm du bas, ce n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire pour le mini.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9pluchez les asperges blanches deux fois, si vous le faites 1 fois, elles peuvent avoir un go\u00fbt amer<\/li>\n<li>Coupez-les de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils aient la longueur de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e, puis coupez-les \u00e0 nouveau dans le sens de la longueur.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez les asperges vertes \u00e0 la taille de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Placez les asperges vertes et blanches au centre de la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Mettez du brie par-dessus<\/li>\n<li>Versez un peu de miel dessus<\/li>\n<li>Sel
