tablet_width_inherit=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb overlay_strength=\u00a0\u00bb0.3&Prime; column_border_width=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb column_border_style=\u00a0\u00bbsolid\u00a0\u00bb bg_image_animation=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text]Les armes sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9es pour la chasse et leur utilisation rel\u00e8ve de la loi sur les armes.<\/p>\n<p>Voici un aper\u00e7u de la loi sur les armes.<br \/>\nSp\u00e9cifiquement pour le stockage des armes, suivez les directives.<\/p>\n<h3>Garder des armes<\/h3>\n<p>Le r\u00e8glement suivant pour le stockage d\u2019armes par des particuliers.<\/p>\n<h4>Des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui s\u2019appliquent toujours<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Garder les armes d\u00e9charg\u00e9es (ni dans la pi\u00e8ce, ni dans le chargeur)<\/li>\n<li>Armes et munitions hors de port\u00e9e des enfants<\/li>\n<li>Les armes et les munitions peuvent ne pas \u00eatre accessibles \u00ab imm\u00e9diatement \u00bb\n<ul>\n<li>Armes et munitions dans une armoire s\u00e9par\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Aucune indication de stockage d\u2019armes<\/li>\n<li>Aucun outil facilitant le cambriolage \u00e0 proximit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>En cas de vol, ou de tentative de vol, signalez-le imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 la police et au gouverneur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9 de stocker les munitions dans un coffre-fort. Apr\u00e8s tout, en cas d\u2019incendie, la pression peut s\u2019accumuler, avec un risque possible d\u2019explosion. <\/p>\n<p>Dans de nombreuses zones de police, il est possible de demander des conseils \u00ab techno-pr\u00e9ventifs \u00bb \u00e0 un conseiller \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la police locale. Dans certaines communes, des subventions urbaines sont accord\u00e9es \u00e0 cet effet. <\/p>\n<p>Le stockage est en outre r\u00e9glement\u00e9 en fonction du nombre d\u2019armes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stockage de moins de 6 armes soumises \u00e0 autorisation<\/li>\n<li>Stockage de moins de 11 armes soumises \u00e0 autorisation<\/li>\n<li>Stockage de 11 armes ou plus soumises \u00e0 un permis<\/li>\n<li>Les particuliers disposant de plus de 30 armes soumises \u00e0 un permis doivent toujours respecter les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de \u00ab classe G \u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Stockage d\u2019une \u00e0 5 armes soumises \u00e0 autorisation<\/h4>\n<p>Toute personne qui poss\u00e8de moins de six armes faisant l\u2019objet d\u2019un permis doit prendre au moins l\u2019une des mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixation d\u2019une serrure de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (par exemple une serrure \u00e0 g\u00e2chette avec serrure \u00e0 combinaison ou avec cl\u00e9) ;<\/li>\n<li>Retrait et stockage s\u00e9par\u00e9 d\u2019un composant essentiel au fonctionnement de l\u2019arme<\/li>\n<li>Attacher l\u2019arme avec une cha\u00eene \u00e0 un point fixe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Entreposage de moins de 11 armes soumises \u00e0 un permis<\/h4>\n<p>Toute personne qui stocke entre six et onze armes soumises \u00e0 un permis doit conserver ces armes dans une \u00ab armoire \u00e0 armes verrouillable en mat\u00e9riau robuste \u00bb pr\u00e9sentant les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cette armoire \u00ab&nbsp;ne peut pas \u00eatre facilement cass\u00e9e&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019armoire ne doit pas porter de marque ext\u00e9rieure indiquant que des armes sont stock\u00e9es dans l\u2019armoire<\/li>\n<li>TOUTES les armes doivent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9es dans l\u2019armoire. La simple possession d\u2019une telle armoire n\u2019est pas suffisante <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Entreposage de 11 mais de moins de 31 armes soumises \u00e0 une licence<\/h4>\n<p>Toute personne qui entrepose 11 armes ou plus assujetties \u00e0 un permis doit ranger toutes ses armes dans un coffre-fort con\u00e7u \u00e0 cet effet, pr\u00e9sentant les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le coffre-fort pour armes \u00e0 feu est verrouill\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme bas\u00e9 sur : une cl\u00e9 \u00e9lectronique, magn\u00e9tique ou m\u00e9canique, une combinaison alphab\u00e9tique ou num\u00e9rique ou une reconnaissance biom\u00e9trique.<\/li>\n<li>Le coffre-fort et les munitions doivent \u00eatre situ\u00e9s dans une pi\u00e8ce dont toutes les entr\u00e9es et fen\u00eatres sont correctement verrouill\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Les cl\u00e9s du coffre-fort et celles de la pi\u00e8ce dans laquelle se trouve le coffre-fort ne doivent pas \u00eatre laiss\u00e9es sur les serrures. Ces cl\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre stock\u00e9es dans un endroit s\u00fbr, hors de port\u00e9e des enfants et des tiers. Seul le propri\u00e9taire peut avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces cl\u00e9s.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toutes les armes vis\u00e9es par ce r\u00e8glement doivent donc \u00e9galement \u00eatre conserv\u00e9es dans un coffre-fort pour armes \u00e0 feu. En option, il peut \u00eatre choisi de faire une armurerie sp\u00e9cifique. Dans ce cas, les coffres-forts s\u00e9par\u00e9s ne sont plus n\u00e9cessaires.  <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019armurerie pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>portes en bois massif, ou portes en verre feuillet\u00e9&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>au moins deux griffes de voleur doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9es dans la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019armurerie et les portes ext\u00e9rieures du b\u00e2timent&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>La porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e sert soit \u00e0 une serrure \u00e0 trois points qui offre cinq minutes de r\u00e9sistance en cas de cambriolage, soit \u00e0 une combinaison de trois serrures qui, ensemble, offrent cinq minutes de r\u00e9sistance en cas de cambriolage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>D\u00e9tention d\u2019armes de chasse \u2013 Exception<\/h3>\n<p>En tant que chasseurs, nous pouvons b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une exception dans la loi sur les armes, qui nous permet de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier (m\u00eame de plus de 30 armes) d\u2019un r\u00e9gime exceptionnel<\/p>\n<h4>Exposition d\u2019armes \u00e0 feu pour la chasse<\/h4>\n<p>(cf. Nouveau d\u00e9cret d\u2019application sur le stockage par les particuliers)<\/p>\n<p>Conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour l\u2019exposition des armes d\u2019\u00e9paule autoris\u00e9es pour la chasse<br \/>\nContrairement aux conditions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ci-dessus pour le stockage des armes \u00e0 feu, un particulier peut exhiber des armes d\u2019\u00e9paule autoris\u00e9es pour la chasse \u00e0 son lieu de r\u00e9sidence.<br \/>\nLes conditions suivantes doivent \u00eatre remplies :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>les armes sont d\u00e9charg\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n<li>ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rendus inutilisables par un verrou de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou par le retrait d\u2019un composant essentiel \u00e0 leur fonctionnement ;<\/li>\n<li>ils sont solidement fix\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019unit\u00e9 d\u2019affichage anti-verrouillage dans laquelle ils sont expos\u00e9s, au moyen d\u2019une cha\u00eene, d\u2019un c\u00e2ble m\u00e9tallique ou d\u2019un dispositif similaire, de sorte qu\u2019ils ne peuvent pas \u00eatre facilement retir\u00e9s&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Ils ne sont pas expos\u00e9s avec des munitions qu\u2019ils peuvent tirer et ils ne sont pas imm\u00e9diatement accessibles avec ces munitions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Remarque : Cette d\u00e9rogation ne s\u2019applique qu\u2019aux armes d\u2019\u00e9paule soumises \u00e0 un permis et qui sont autoris\u00e9es pour la chasse.
