Please note that since 2020 it is mandatory to attach a medical certificate <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<header>\n<h1>Hunting licence<\/h1>\n<\/header>\n<p><strong>Who can apply for a hunting license?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To apply for a hunting license, you must be in possession of a hunting permit. You can then apply for a hunting permit for someone who wants to invite you to the hunt. That person must be at least 18 years old, have hunting leave outside Flanders and be physically and psychologically eligible to hunt in Flanders. His\/her history is also examined: there may be no serious convictions to his\/her name. The exact conditions are stated in Articles 13 and 14 of the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/codex.vlaanderen.be\/Zoeken\/Document.aspx?DID=1024155&amp;param=informatie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hunting Administration Decree of 25 April 2014<\/a><\/span>.    <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.natuurenbos.be\/beleid-wetgeving\/natuurgebruik\/jacht\/jachtverlof-en-jachtvergunning\/documenten-jachtvergunning\">Read here which documents you need to submit for a hunting license<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can you apply for a hunting license?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Via the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.natuurenbos.be\/e-loket\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">e-counter<\/span><\/a> <\/strong>(however, this is not possible for non-Belgians).<\/li>\n<li>By registered letter to the district commissioner responsible for hunting in your province. Some provinces charge a provincial tax on top of that. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a class=\"inserted\" href=\"https:\/\/www.natuurenbos.be\/sites\/default\/files\/inserted-files\/20200701_contacten_ac_jv.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">More information per province (pdf &#8211; 47 KB)<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"storycontent\">\n<h3>Hunting rights holder<\/h3>\n<div title=\"Page 2\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>Is the Hunter who owns the hunting rights (as owner or tenant) or has the permission of the owner or his entitled party.<\/p>\n<p>This is made official by filing a hunting plan with an indication of the plots where he has the hunting right with the district commissioner.<\/p>\n<h3>Wildlife Management Unit \u2013 WBE<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>A WBE is a partnership between hunting rights holders. This is usually done in the form of a non-profit organization where the hunting rights holders are the members.
