The author, <b>Mr. De Bouvrie<\/b>, specializes in hunting regulations and weapons legislation. For many years he has also been a lecturer in &#8220;legislation&#8221; at the Institute for Hunting Training, but also supports the initiative on on-line training \u2013 jachexamen.be.
