First of all, you need to be able to get up on time: useful app here is Clock<\/a> (and the Alarm<\/a> function) and possibly Nightstand<\/a>, which not only wakes you up but also indicates the weather.<\/p>\n

After a quick check on Notes<\/a>, don’t forget anything (hunting leave, model 9, gift for the Hunting Lord, …)<\/p>\n

And then off to the distant Ardennes. Touring Mobilis<\/a> is here to help you on your way, and above all, congestion-free and faster.<\/p>\n

On your way to the hunt, you can check the weather in advance with a number of apps: Weather<\/a>, Weather Pro<\/a>, Buienradar<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When distributing posts, you get a special location. At least with Maps<\/a> you can drive or walk there. <\/p>\n

Arriving before dan and dew, of course, you have to check if you are legally allowed to shoot already. You check the sunrise (and evening sunset) with Sunrise & Set<\/a>‘s app. <\/p>\n

No wildlife in sight but a fantastic sunrise or an interesting spider on the high seat, then use Camera<\/a> to capture it.<\/p>\n

While waiting, you can test bird sounds app Twitter<\/a> to identify the twittering birds around you.<\/p>\n

After an hour or two still haven’t seen any wildlife then of course you can surf to hunting.be to read the latest news on the blog, look up info on the site or check the calendar.<\/p>\n

You shot anyway, and hit ! After some searching you find the shooting location. You can use Google earth<\/a> to pinpoint the location later on. <\/p>\n

The game has been found and gathered on the tableau. To add lustre to the Hunting Lord’s speech, you can use the Hunting Horn<\/a> music looked up with Safari<\/a> or Firefox<\/a>. <\/p>\n

If there is nothing of yours on the tableau, don’t worry, with the Shot Simulator<\/a> you can perfectly demonstrate why you shot just wide.<\/p>\n

Based on astronomical data from the US Naval Observatory, here you get the optimal planning based on sunrise – sunset, moon phase, moon phases, and weather forecasts. This further processed by Solunar Theory, which is why it also costs 4.99 euros (?). <\/p>\n

Primos Hunting Calls<\/h5>\n

This app<\/a> gives you replacements for your duck whistle or Fiep. At least for the Ree, the Deer and some more (American) specimens like the Turkey. Doesn’t seem very efficient to us, then again, it costs only 1.99 euros. <\/p>\n

Hunting Light & Blood Tracker<\/h5>\n

Not the regular light on your iPhone, but the Outdoor version – Hunting Light<\/a>. A green version for Night vision, a blue version to better define green objects in the forest, and a white version, to have … more light. Furthermore, there is also a blood trail finder which, according to the makers of the app, make a blood trail light up better. <\/p>\n
